Challenge:
Provide base operations services at U.S. Naval Station, China Lake - the U.S. Navy's largest single holding of land comprised of 1.1 million acres.

Solution:
Linc Facility Services provides labor, management, equipment, and supplies to accomplish the required base operating services at China Lake. Linc performs grounds maintenance; custodial services; hood, vent, and exhaust systems cleaning; mail/courier services; family housing maintenance and repair; dispatching/alarm room monitoring; and pass desk operation. Services also include: ground refueling services; hazardous waste disposal; laundry services; weed and pest control services; transportation operation and maintenance services; runway vacuum sweeping; street sweeping; solid waste collection and disposal; contract administration; and management for this large military facility.

Womack Army Medical Center
Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Challenge:
Provide around-the-clock facility support of a state-of-the-art medical complex located on the largest U.S. Army installation in the world. Womack Army Medical Center encompasses more than 2.5 million-square-feet and includes a 158-bed hospital, laboratories, clinical facilities, and education and training facilities.

Solution:
Linc Facility Services provides all labor, materials, and equipment to perform predictive, preventive, demand, and emergency maintenance and inventory. Maintenance includes air handler units; HVAC delivery systems; chillers; boilers; pumps; electrical equipment; medical gas system; kitchen equipment; and building interior and exterior. Linc Facility Services provides chemical treatment for steam, heating hot water, condenser water, and chilled water. Service includes 24x7 coverage of central energy plant and central monitoring room in this critical military healthcare facility.
