Phil Rogers, CPM President and CEO |
Phil Rogers has three decades of experience in providing facility management, engineering, real estate, and property management services for facilities with technically complex and critical operations. Prior to joining Linc Facility Services in 2005, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Engineering Services, Inc., where he was responsible for leading the organization through a period of dynamic growth. He began his career in real estate management and facility services, served in senior management roles with Grubb & Ellis subsidiaries, and was later named President, Eastern Region, of Grubb & Ellis Management Services. A certified property manager, he is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves on the National Advisory Council of the Building Owners and Managers Association. Phil is also an avid tennis player.
