Terry Hamby founded BMAR & Associates, LLC in 1991 and serves as president of the company, which was acquired by Linc Facility Services in 2005. He established BMAR as one of the frontrunners in providing facility management, hospital maintenance, and construction management services to the federal government and General Services Administration. He has nearly 35 years of experience in project/program management, planning, quality control, and execution of facility repair, construction, and maintenance projects. He has more than 15 years of experience with the U.S. Army, including work as Quality Control Officer/Inspection Manager, Maintenance Officer, Staff Engineer, and Deputy to the Director of Engineering & Housing.
