Stephen “Al” Smith, P.E.
Vice President, Business Development
Al Smith has more than 30 years of experience in facility engineering and operations and maintenance. His responsibilities include business development, marketing, sales force management, strategic business development, and new business ventures. He oversees a staff of sales executives and business development professionals who are responsible for supporting the company’s growth objectives. Prior to joining Linc Facility Services, he held sales and technical management positions with Unicco, Emcor/BTE, and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation. A licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, he also holds a holds a Professional Engineers license for Mechanical Engineering.
