Kenneth Fortune founded Operational Support and Services (OSS) and served as president of the company, which was acquired by Linc Facility Services in 2007. Under his 15 years of leadership, OSS grew into a leading provider of operations support, language, leadership, and training services for the United States government.

Ken has overseen the company’s specialization in leadership training, language training, and mobilization training. He has also led OSS through a wide variety of projects including: first US Army parachute training in Russia, first US Military Winter Environmental Training in Russia, instructor augmentation support Survival, Escape, Resistance, and Evasion (SERE), Special Forces Antiterrorism, and intelligence operations. Ken has a combined 22 years of active and reserve military service in a variety of Infantry, Special Forces, and Foreign Area Officer assignments. He has US Government-tested proficiency in German, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Bulgarian, and Ukrainian.
