Cleve Fowler
Senior Vice President
Cleve Fowler has 35 years of experience as a facilities professional, including more than 20 years of sales, marketing and energy services experience in the electric utility industry. Since joining Linc Facility Services in 1988, his responsibilities have encompassed operational issues nationwide. He oversees the Corporate Support Services department, Financial and Accounting departments, and the Environmental, Health and Safety department. Previously, he was responsible for general management, including profit and loss of facility management contracts, for Linc’s Southern Region. He also held several Facility Manager positions for a variety of Linc Facility Services clients. He was previously employed by Southern Company Services as Marketing Section Manager and with Georgia Power Company as District Residential Supervisor.
