How did Linc Facility Services build such a strong safety record? Safety on the job is one of our highest priorities, and all employees are required to attend an extensive facility management and maintenance safety training program. In addition to traditional on-site safety training, Linc Facility Services utilizes KnowledgeWire®, a web-based interactive safety training program that provides safety curriculum on more than 100 topics.

EH&S Compliance Programs

A formal Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Compliance Program is developed at each client site. This program documents EH&S policies and procedures that are to be followed to reduce the likelihood of accidents.

Linc Facility Services has also developed a number of best practices, recognition programs and incentives to promote safe and healthful work environments for all employees. Safety performance is measured in several ways, including site safety audits and inspections performed by the site’s facility management team and other company managers.

Adherence to safety requirements and overall safety performance has earned Linc Facility Services recognition at many customer locations. This recently included a “Perfect Record” for staff who worked more than 70,000 hours without a single OSHA Recordable, regulatory citation or notice of non-compliance. We strive for that kind of safety success at every location we serve.
