SharePoint Portal

We utilize Microsoft’s Office SharePoint® Portal Server for all business functions, collaborative projects and information management. Computerized Maintenance Management System

Our experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is extensive, including third-party software packages and interfacing with client-owned CMMS software. Our most frequently used CMMS is MAXIMO®. This system provides work, materials, and asset management as well as reporting capabilities that maximize productivity and service levels, optimize performance, and extend the life of your valuable equipment and building assets.

From a handheld device, technicians have instant access to customer account information and past equipment service history. When the work is complete, a report summary can be instantly e-mailed to your designated representative ensuring that the latest operations information is literally at your fingertips.
